Why should you hire Andriacchi Law? | Andriacchi Law

You should hire Andriacchi Law, because …

If you need a Michigan personal injury attorney, you should hire Andriacchi Law’s Ishpeming and Marquette personal injury attorneys. Why? Good question.

1. You will get a lawyer who listens to you.

Most lawyers sign up as many “cases” as they can. You are a “client” to them, a “file.” You are your injuries. Each injury is worth a certain amount of money. Because they have so many “cases,” they spend little time with you, do not get to know the real you, and do not learn how your injuries have affected your life.

To see what I mean, take a look at other lawyers’ websites where they talk about how much their settlements are. Those dollar amounts represent real people, real injuries, and real misery. That money represents time, health, and life that person will never get back. Yet those lawyers focus on the dollar amount only.

(By the way, they usually don’t talk about verdicts, because they never go to trial. Because they don’t go to trial, they don’t help the injured person get a fair amount of money to make up for what was taken from them. Instead, they just accept whatever they can get.)

We do not operate that way. We do not help everyone. We carefully choose to help only the people:

a. that we believe in;

b. that we believe we can help; and

c. that we get along with and will enjoy spending time with.

Why? Because it can be months or years before a resolution. A lawsuit can easily last two ore more years before getting a jury trial with many roadblocks along the way.

For example, if you look at our Michigan personal injury results, you’ll see a case where a jury concluded that a fair appraisal of the loss of time, health, and life from our client was $1,200,000. That case lasted nearly four years. It was three years before we even got to a jury trial. It was another six months after that before the defendant’s insurance company paid a penny of the jury’s verdict.

You are not a “client.” You are not X injury. You are not a dollar amount.

You are a friend.

If you decide to hire us and we agree to help you, we will spend hours together at your house drinking coffee; with you to see what it’s like when you buy groceries; and having brutally honest conversations with your family, friends, and co-workers about the impact your injury has had on you. You will teach us what it is like to walk a mile in your shoes.

We will listen to your fears, worries, ups and downs, and will be there to help you through it as best as we can

2. You will get a lawyer who explains everything so you can make the best decision in risky, uncertain situations.

Because most lawyers take on so many cases and do not take the time to explain the process, their clients are confused. The client does not know what decisions to make, the pros and cons of the decisions, or what is happening in their case. Often, the lawyer will tell them what to do, what settlement offer to take or not, or will just leave it up to the person to decide. The lawyer will give the client very little to no guidance.

With us, you can ask us as many questions as you need to make the best decision possible. We will be brutally honest with you about all the risks, the pros, and the cons to each important decision. You will not be in the dark. You will know if you should accept the other side’s offer or to reject it and continue to trial. Most importantly, you’ll also know why.

Don’t take my word for it, check out Andriacchi Law’s reviews:

When you’re in a legal situation, especially for your first time, you feel lost, scared, confused, and things can seem hopeless with no clear direction on where or who to go to. Dominic came highly recommended from both the community and other attorneys as the best possible option for my situation. He provided not only great legal advice and representation but was also there at all hours of the day or night to take phone calls or answer emails. He also clearly explained the legal process and the steps that we would go through together. He let me know when things would be difficult and how to deal with them. His down-to-earth personality and honesty was very much appreciated trying to navigate [these waters]. I felt that Dominic went above and beyond anything he was obligated to provide and did so in a professional manner. I highly recommend Dominic to anyone in need of strong and reliable legal support.

That’s not a one-off comment either. Here’s another:

Best in the area

After being screwed over by my first lawyer […] I contacted Dominic for a second opinion on my case. He immediately gave me hope, he treated me like a human from start to finish and always helped ease my mind. […] I cannot say enough good about Dominic. His communication is incredible even when you just need to be reassured. This is something I never felt with the previous lawyer and I feel it is the most important part. I feel confident in saying that Dominic will do every possible thing he can to help you during your legal battle. I highly recommend him, and will never go to anybody else should I ever need legal counsel again.

We have many more reviews you can read from people that we’ve helped. We have more on Google, too, which can be found when searching us.

3. You get a lawyer who has the knowledge, skills, and experience to help you.

At the end of the day, most lawyers push for the best offer they think they can get (which will be lower than what is fair) and will push their client to take it. That is because, deep down in their heart, the lawyer does not know enough about the client’s injuries, the impact of those injuries on the client’s life, the medicine, or the law. Most likely, the lawyer rarely steps foot in front of a jury – if ever – because the lawyer is afraid of a jury trial, has bills to pay, and other cases to attend to.

In total, the lawyer does not know how to prepare cases for trial, does not have the trial skills needed, and does not have experience handling serious cases involving serious, life-altering injuries. And, even if they do go to trial, they typically lose.

So the lawyer does the easy thing: they settle for whatever they can get.

That is not us.

When you hire us, you hire a person who cares about you and your well-being, regardless of the outcome. When you hire us, you hire a lawyer who knows what your injuries are, how your injuries have affected your life, the medicine about the injuries, and the law about your type of case.

I bet you didn’t know that Michigan does not require any continuing legal education. Continuing legal education is things like seminars, videos, etc. designed to help the lawyer stay current in the law, trial skills, etc. Michigan does not require, literally, even one hour of it. (It does require it for other professions, such as for nurses, doctors, etc.)

Even though it is not required, Dominic Jr. has attended seminars on trial skills and medicine throughout the United States and internationally. Dominic Jr. has also given countless presentations on legal topics and is trial-college faculty for trial-skills programs. Dominic Jr. has graduated from one of the most elite trial-skills programs in the world.

Dominic Jr. serves on the Executive Board of the Michigan Association for Justice (the leading civil justice organization in Michigan) and the Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan (the leading criminal justice organization in Michigan). He is the only person in Michigan to serve on both simultaneously. Read more about Michigan personal injury attorney Dominic Andriacchi Jr.
