Seneca is the second addition to Andriacchi Law:
Seneca is a German Shepherd. He is Dominic Jr and his wife’s, Michelle, second dog. Dominic Jr. has always wanted a German Shepherd and, after he and Michelle got Eliza, the two decided to get Seneca shortly after.
Seneca is named after a Roman Stoic philosopher, Lucius Annaeus Seneca (also called Seneca the Younger). Dominic Jr. read Seneca’s Letters from a Stoic roughly 15 years ago. His writings deal with topics such as: how to be a good person; how to handle stressful events; and how to live a good life. His writings have brought peace and perspective to readers ever since, like Dominic Jr, who has wanted to name a dog after the philosopher ever since.
Seneca brings that same peace, perspective, and happiness as well. He is the calmest, sweetest, and happiest dog there is.
Seneca is Dominic Jr.’s second shadow (Eliza being the first), and goes everywhere with his dad and sister. His favorite things are:
- Waking up early;
- Fetch;
- Destroying random toys;
- Whipped cream;
- Every dog treat out there; and
- His mom, dad, and Eliza (although sometimes Eliza beats him up).
