Attorney Dominic F. Andriacchi has helped the people of Marquette County since 1983 when he and his wife, Linda, moved back to his hometown of Ishpeming and opened the doors of Andriacchi Law for the first time.
Dominic Sr. and Linda’s second child, Dominic Jr., was born 3 years later. At one week old, Dominic Jr. was at the law office helping his dad practice law.
In 1993, Dominic expanded beyond downtown Ishpeming and moved the practice into Andriacchi Law’s current building on Division St.
Some of his notable accomplishments include:
- Multiple bench and jury trials including not-guilty verdicts
- Represented corporations, small businesses, and individuals at all levels of the Michigan court system including the Michigan Supreme Court and the US District Court for the Western District of Michigan
- Secured not-guilty verdicts on all counts in a multiple-felony criminal case involving life offenses including a mandatory 25-year sentence
- Multiple settlements in personal injury, business, and general civil litigation cases

Marquette MI Attorney Dominic F. Andriacchi, Jr.:
In 2012, Dominic F. Andriacchi, Jr. graduated from law school, passed the bar, and joined Andriacchi Law as a partner. Since that time, Dominic Jr. has distinguished himself as a leading Michigan attorney.
During his 11 years of practicing law, Dominic Jr. has taken numerous cases to bench trials and jury trials throughout the Upper Peninsula. Some of his notable accomplishments include:
- First jury trial within one year of admission
- Represented a major bank in the US District Court for the Western District of Michigan within one year of admission
- Multiple jury trials including not-guilty verdicts and verdicts awarding his client damages
- In 2017, graduated from Trial Lawyers College and gave his first oral argument to the Michigan Supreme Court
- In 2018, secured a $1,200,000 jury verdict for a traumatic brain injury client
- In 2021, Michigan Lawyers Weekly named him one of Michigan’s Top 25 Up and Coming Lawyers.
