Notable Case: Enforcing a Real Estate Purchase Agreement
In one significant case, we represented a buyer who had entered into a valid purchase agreement to buy property. As the closing approached, the seller attempted to back out, claiming—without justification—that the buyer had breached the contract.
We immediately took legal action and secured both a temporary restraining order and a preliminary injunction to prevent the seller from transferring the property elsewhere. Faced with our legal pressure and our client’s compliance with the agreement, the seller agreed to complete the sale.
Result: Our client acquired the property as originally agreed—deal saved.
